Your ritual will include feet, legs, arms, back, face, scalp and even ears - ensuring every area of your body is smoothed and tension released - incorporating warm stones where needed, your facial massage will include acupressure points and your scalp massage will include hot oils.
To finish - a third eye activation massage to seal in complete peace.
Then take home a roll on with your chosen oils in to use when you need a pause.
